K歌難賺？KTV拚吃「鐵板燒、異國餐、手搖飲」
景氣不好，KTV業績跟著下滑，為了撐住生意，KTV三雄紛紛搶進餐飲市場，星聚點預計9月底將港式飲茶改為鐵板燒，好樂迪則投資茶飲店，去年更首度跨足複合式餐廳，賣起異國料理輕食，錢櫃經營茶餐廳不如預期，轉型推出美式餐廳。 民眾：「KTV不常去。」 記者：「預算是不是也會比以前稍微多控制一下？」 民眾：「會。」 景氣差，民眾K歌預算跟著縮水，大環境變差，KTV業者為了撐住生意紛紛從吃下手。 記者高嘉甫：「過去靠茶餐廳打響名號的星聚點，為了進攻餐飲市場，今年底將徹底轉型，改賣日式鐵板燒。」 港式點心不賣了打掉重練，業者看準的就是高達20億的外食市場，推廣初期先針對來店唱歌消費者提供套餐嚐鮮，互相拉抬業績。民眾：「不一定，因為鐵板燒跟唱歌是不一樣類型。」 記者：「單純吃飯會考慮？」 民眾：「如果好吃的話，唱歌的時候不會想吃那個，單純用餐，會吧！」 冰塊、鮮奶再加珍珠，手搖飲料現點現做。過去在特定好樂迪一樓開店，消費者唱歌也能喝到專業茶飲，未來更計畫以中央廚房方式提供全台據點。手搖飲業者呂立勝：「KTV過去飲料種類就比較簡單，我們在這裡的話可以讓他有更多樣的選擇。」 不只手搖飲料，好樂迪去年也首度跨足複合式餐飲，賣起披薩、義大利麵，單價約1-200元，吸引到不少家庭客群。錢櫃過去則是經營茶餐廳，不過考量商圈特性轉型為宴會餐廳，前年底在桃園南崁以美式餐廳重起爐灶，成為當地學生聚餐新選擇。娛樂市場萎縮，KTV衝業績不只要賣吃的，還要從兼營變專營。
